Shipping policy
Production & Processing Time (Sudokupocket)
All items at Sudokupocket are made to order. Once your order is placed, we typically require 3–4 business days to produce your item before it ships.
To keep production efficient, we batch orders as follows:

Orders are collected throughout the week and enter production each Tuesday.

Production is completed and items are shipped by Saturday (Spain local time).

On rare occasions, production may extend into Monday–Wednesday of the following week due to high demand, supply delays, or operational constraints. We appreciate your patience if this occurs.
Note: If you place an order on Wednesday (or later in the week), it will be processed in the next Tuesday batch.

Shipping Costs & Zones
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, package weight, and selected shipping method. From time to time, free shipping may be offered as a promotion depending on order value and/or eligible regions.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders from certain regions or jurisdictions when production, carrier coverage, or courier restrictions make fulfillment impractical.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, or you believe it may be lost in transit, please contact us promptly with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the shipment is confirmed lost, we will either:

Issue a refund, depending on the circumstances and carrier outcome.
International Orders & Customs
For international orders, shipping-related charges are calculated at checkout. However, customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are determined by your local authorities and may still be charged upon arrival. Customs practices vary by country, and delays due to customs inspections can occur beyond the estimated delivery window.
